When you visit our beautiful, 4,000 square foot showroom, you will be able to view our wide selection of quality flooring and choose a selection of samples to take home and decide.

 
Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A.

Excluding off-goods, our flooring is backed by the generous manufacturer’s warranty.

 
Q. Do you sell remnants?
A.

We have a wide selection of remnants for you to choose from in a climate-controlled environment.

 
Q. What about padding?
A.

Our store prices include labor and appropriate padding for your flooring. Upgraded padding is also available.

 
Q. What are you store hours?
A.

Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:30, Saturday 10:00 to 3:00 and after-hour appointments available upon request.

Q. Do you also handle the installation?
A.

We oversee the entire flooring process from selection of your flooring needs to completion of your professional installation. In fact, installation is included in our pricing.

 
Q. How can I pay for my flooring?
A.

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

 
Q. Do you offer financing?
A.

We have various financing options available.

 
Q. When is payment expected?
A.

We require a 50% deposit when your flooring order is placed and the balance due upon completion.

Q. Do you do in-home estimates? What does it cost?

Once you have visited our showroom and made a selection, one of our experienced sales professionals will visit for a free, in-home estimate.

We sell wood flooring, laminate, vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, carpet and rugs.

 
Q. Do you handle commercial flooring?

We handle a wide variety of commercial flooring for your business, church, store and office.

We have many delighted customers! You may recognize some from the metro business community. This list is available upon request.

 
Q. Do you carry rugs?
A.

We have a wide selection of rugs ranging from classic Karastan wool rugs to contemporary Shaw Living rugs to every style in between. We can also custom design and build any rug for your decorating needs.

 
Q. Do you sell off-goods?
A.

In addition to a large inventory of first-quality flooring, we also have a wide selection of high-end, quality off-goods and specials at a discount price.

 
Q. What do I need to do to prepare for my flooring installation?
A.
  • We do not move computers and other electronic items, grandfather clocks, aquariums, water beds, baby grand pianos, pool tables or furniture too big for the room.
  • We move couches, dressers, tables, beds, etc.  We do not move any items on top of furniture.  We will move bookcases but not the books.  All books and all small items should be boxed up and moved to an area not receiving new carpet.  We will take apart all beds, so please put all bedding and pillows in a safe place.  Put nothing on beds.
  • Nothing should be left on the floor.  Clear all shoes, toys, etc. from all closets and under beds and furniture.  Clothes that hang below waist level must be moved.
  • All items on walls need to be moved to a safe place.
  • We will not be responsible for damaging anything that holds sentimental value, or is fragile and/or very expensive.
  • If you make available a vacuum with a new bag, the installer will vacuum areas where the furniture goes back.  We do not vacuum areas where there is no furniture.
  • We guarantee our installation as long as you maintain the carpet properly.  Water, animal stains, and not maintaining proper temperatures and humidity can void the warranty. 
  • Carpet should be professionally cleaned every 1½ to 2 years.  We maintain a list of 1 or 2 cleaners we can recommend.  However, we receive no payment and cannot be responsible for their service.
